The Active car wash kit is designed to be leak-free with proper sealing on all the connection points. No thread tape, they are sealed shut.

The Active car wash kit comes with M22-14mm to 3/8 Quick Connect plugs. This enables compatibility with all gas pressure washers and most electric pressure washers. If you want to use it with an M22-15mm pressure washer, all you need is an M22-15mm to 3/8” quick-connect adapter.
