The bundle ships from our warehouse in Kansas City, MO with each item in its own
packaging. So you should see multiple tracking numbers for your shipment. If
you are ordering a 75’ or 100’ hose option, you will have the accessories
shipped in individual boxes.

The Active pressure washer gun is thread-free to prevent leaks. The gun can leak if external material, like a pipe thread, gets stuck in the valve. But the gun is serviceable and can be repaired easily.

Trigger locks can result in accidental sprays, causing a safety hazard. The Active gun is designed to be as comfortable as possible without compromising on safety.

The Swivel gun comes with a ¼” quick connect outlet that is compatible with all nozzles, foam cannons, and lances. The 3/8” outlet is adaptable with 3/8” quick connect hoses and may need to be adapted to M22 thread type hoses by means of an M22-14 mm or 15mm  to 3/8” female adapter

The Active foam cannon comes with a removable mesh filter and 304 stainless steel material. The bottle is designed to be anti-slip. But if it does break, we’ve got you covered under our 1-year comprehensive commercial and residential use warranty.

Foam thickness can be affected by multiple factors, including water hardness, temperature, and soap quality. The active mesh filter design aims to strike a balance between shaving cream foam to clingy foam to ensure maximum effectiveness.

The Active Foam Cannon can be adapted to most pressure washers due to its wide range of operations and its included 1.1, 1.25, 1.35, and 1.45mm orifices. Refer to the user manual to see what’s right for you.

The Active extension lance is completely built with 304 stainless steel material. In any case, you are covered under our 1-year comprehensive commercial and residential use warranty.

The Active extension lance is designed to be leak-free with proper sealing on the quick connects. No thread tape, these quick connects are sealed tight.

The extension lance comes with a1/4” quick connect plug on the inlet side that goes to your gun. If your gun does not have a 1.4” female quick connect, you will need a M22-14mm or M22-15mm adapter to make it work with the lance.
