The bundle ships from our warehouse in Kansas City, MO with each item in its own
packaging. So you should see multiple tracking numbers for your shipment. If
you are ordering a 75’ or 100’ hose option, you will have the accessories
shipped in individual boxes.

The operating range of the pressure washer is 40-140°F (5- 40°C) water temperature. Anything beyond this range can risk damaging pump components.

The Active 2.0 is designed to run on a 15A circuit and comes with a plug required to plug into a dedicated 15A or 20A circuit rated at 120V/60Hz. We discourage the use of extension cords, but if one must be used, we recommend using an extension cord not longer than 50 feet, and it must be rated for 14 AWG. When using foam cannons, a minimum orifice of 1.35mmis recommended so the current draw can be well below 15 amps.

The pressure washer inlet size is ¾” with 11.5 TPI threads (this is the standard North American Garden Hose. The outlet of the pressure washer is M22-14mm. When it comes to using accessories/quick connections, ensure the spec matches the requirement.

The Active2.0comes with a3.7orifice size. This is done to ensure the machine outputs the best balance of pressure and flow under 15A current draw. If you are to change the nozzles for varying applications, we recommend the use of nozzles between 3.5 and 7.0)

The recommended foam cannon orifice size is a1.35mmorifice to ensure the current draw is under 15A during normal foaming operations. 

You can use any aftermarket hose with the Active 2.0as long as it is compatible with the M22-14 mm outlet adapter and has a minimum internal diameter of1/4”. The preferred hose type and length is steel braided rubber hose(1/4” or bigger)under 100 ft. in length. Non-steelbraided hoses may expand under pressure and prevent the pressure washer from reaching its peak pressure (continuous running)

This pressure washer comes with a 2-year residential warranty (read product manual for more details). This product requires registration prior to warranty support on our product registration portal. Ensure you have your purchase proof, purchase store, order ID, and serial number for registration.
